Powered by the Sentient Ledger Protocol and Quantum Analytics Engine, METAsol provides real-time data analytics, algorithmic execution, and automated yield management through decentralized smart contracts.
2. Nature of the Platform
METAsol is a non-custodial, decentralized application (dApp). It enables users to connect self-managed wallets to interact with AI-driven analytics, real-time trading infrastructure, and Quantum Yield Vaults.
Caspay Services S.R.O does not:
Store or manage user private keys or credentials.
Control or have custody of user funds.
Modify, reverse, or refund blockchain transactions.
Users maintain full control of their assets and assume all responsibility for wallet security and transaction activity.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By using METAsol, you agree to:
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and sanctions regarding blockchain and digital assets in your jurisdiction.
Use the platform solely for lawful purposes.
Accept full responsibility for all actions and outcomes related to your account and wallet activity.
If you do not meet these conditions, you are not authorized to use METAsol.
4. Prohibited Use
Users are strictly prohibited from using METAsol for any unlawful, unethical, or unauthorized activity, including but not limited to:
Ilegal Financial Activity:
Engaging in activities that violate laws or regulations, such as money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion.
System Exploitation:
Attempting to hack, interfere with, or reverse-engineer smart contracts, APIs, or system infrastructure.
Impersonation or Misrepresentation:
Falsely representing affiliation with METAsol or Caspay Services S.R.O.
Automated Abuse:
Using bots, scripts, or scrapers to extract data or overload the platform.
Data Manipulation:
Distorting analytics, artificially inflating yield outcomes, or misrepresenting transaction results.
Regulatory Breach:
Using METAsol in jurisdictions where decentralized finance (DeFi) or trading activity is restricted or prohibited.
Violation of these conditions may result in permanent access restriction or legal action.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Secure your wallet and private keys against unauthorized access.
Review all on-chain transactions before approval.
Refrain from attempting to exploit or manipulate METAsol’s systems.
Maintain compliance with tax reporting and local financial regulations.
METAsol cannot reverse, recover, or modify transactions executed on the Solana blockchain. You are fully accountable for your wallet operations.
6. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to METAsol — including branding, design, analytics models, AI algorithms, user interface, and proprietary technologies such as the Sentient Ledger Protocol, Quantum Analytics Engine, and Reflex Execution Layer — is owned by or licensed to Caspay Services S.R.O.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize any METAsol materials without prior written consent.
Unauthorized use or replication of METAsol’s technology, data, or visual identity may result in civil or criminal liability.
7. Third-Party Integrations
METAsol may integrate with third-party decentralized exchanges, data providers, oracles, and analytics services.
These integrations are provided solely for user convenience.
Caspay Services S.R.O does not control or endorse third-party tools and is not responsible for their accuracy, reliability, or security.
Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of third-party platforms before interaction.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caspay Services S.R.O shall not be liable for any:
Direct, indirect, or consequential financial losses.
Errors or vulnerabilities in third-party services or smart contracts.
Data inaccuracies, API downtime, or interrupted access.
Damages arising from reliance on METAsol analytics, yield metrics, or predictive signals.
Unauthorized wallet access or data breaches beyond the Company’s control.
Your use of METAsol is entirely at your own risk.

All analytics, insights, or yield projections offered through METAsol are provided for informational purposes only.
Nothing within METAsol constitutes:
Financial, investment, or legal advice.
A solicitation to invest, trade, or hold any asset.
A representation of guaranteed returns.
Caspay Services S.R.O does not act as a broker, advisor, or fiduciary for users.
You are solely responsible for making independent financial decisions.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Caspay Services S.R.O, its affiliates, employees, and partners against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
Your use or misuse of METAsol.
Violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
Breach of intellectual property or third-party rights.
11. Modifications and Suspension
Caspay Services S.R.O reserves the right to:
Modify or upgrade METAsol’s services, smart contracts, or APIs.

Caspay Services S.R.O shall not be liable for any downtime, losses, or disruptions resulting from service adjustments.
12. Termination of Access

Termination does not affect the validity of completed on-chain transactions.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Czech Republic.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prague, Czech Republic.

Caspay Services S.R.O reserves the right to amend or update these Terms periodically.
Updated versions will be published on https://metasol.ai with the effective date clearly displayed.
Continued use of METAsol after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
